ā FAQs
Should I invite someone to a project even if theyāre in my workspace?
You donāt need to invite someone to your project if theyāre already a workspace member. They can simply navigate to āProjectsā ā āTeam Projectsā to access your folder.
Only use the āShare Projectā option if you do not want the collaborator to view your entire workspace. If you only want them to access that folder alone, this is the right way to share.
If someone has access to my shared file or report, can they make any changes?
No, if you shared the link to a file or an insights report from the share link buttons, those are view-only links. To invite someone to collaborate, you can invite them to your workspace, or to a single project.
