Create insights from notes across your project. Share insights with team members.

Looppanel makes it easy to create and share insights from your user interviews. Insights are a great way to summarize your findings across calls and share them with your team.

In this support article, we'll walk you through the steps on how you can create insights for your project on Looppanel.

Prerequisites

To create insights on Looppanel, you will need to have:

  • Notes for your calls

  • Ideally, your notes should be assigned to questions or tagged to make it easy to find insights

Step 1: Create an Insight

To create an insight, follow these steps:

  • Go to the ‘Analysis’ tab of your project

  • Select multiple notes that you want to include in your insight

Select multiple notes to include in your insight
  • Click the Create Insight button.

  • Type a brief Description of your insight

  • Click the Create New Insight button.

Step 2: Review Your Insights

Your insights are stored in the Insights panel on the right-hand side of the screen.

You can review your insights, edit them, or delete them.

Step 3: Share project insights with your team

The Insights summary for a project is shareable with your team with a single click.

Select the link icon on the top right hand side of the insights panel, and share it with your team!

Team members with this link will be able to see your insights as well as the quotes that are associated with them.

How to embed your insights in a Notion doc

You can also embed your insights straight into Notion! Your team can read it while working in Notion, without having to click out.

To embed your video link in Notion, type “/embed”.

Once the embed box opens, paste in the link for your snippet.

And Voila! Your snippet is embedded in Notion and your team can watch it in Notion itself.
