Looppanel is built to be a centralized, collaborative workspace for your entire team. You can invite colleagues to your organizationās workspace and define their user roles and permissions.
By default there are 3 user roles within Looppanel:
Admin ā Can manage billing and workspace settings
āEditor ā Can upload files, create notes, edit insights
Viewer ā Can view projects, notes, and insights

You can invite users to your workspace from two different screens:
Homepage ā Click āInvite Membersā on the top right hand corner
Settings ā Workspace Settings
Within Settings you have two options:
Invite them via email
Send them an invite link
In either case, you can decide if youāre inviting someone as an editor or a viewer.

Want to manage public access to links?
By default, all your clips, files, and reports are shareable with a link that anyone can open and view. This default setting lets you share materials with minimal friction for your colleagues.
If you need to limit access to these links to only those who are logged in to your workspace, you can do that by:
Navigating to āSettingsā from your navigation bar
Clicking āPublic Sharingā on the left hand side of your screen
Toggling the workspace restricted option
Please note: only the administrator of your account can change this setting.
