You can share an entire project with a colleague or someone outside your organisation.

If you want someone to have access to a specific project and the data inside it, but not your entire Looppanel workspace, click the ‘Share Project’ button and invite the relevant user.

You don’t need to invite someone to your project if they’re already a workspace

member. They can simply navigate to ‘Projects’ → ‘Team Projects’ to access your folder.

Only use the ‘Share Project’ option if you do not want the collaborator to view your entire workspace. If you only want them to access that folder alone, this is the right way to share.

By default invited users will have “view only” access to the project. A collaborator with this access level can only view files and the analysis page in that project. They can’t make any edits on any data in that project.

If you’d like them to have some edit capabilities in the project folder, select “Allow invited collaborators to edit analysis”. A collaborator with edit access level can view files and perform tagging on the analysis page only. They can edit data but only via the Analysis page.

In either case, a collaborator cannot edit any data in the files/call page or upload any data.

A collaborator will need to sign up first before accessing that project, and the project owner can anytime revoke the access of a collaborator.

As someone who doesn’t have a subscription to Looppanel and is on a trial, can’t invite a collaborator
