Looppanel’s Settings panel gives you control over everything from your workspace access and metadata to plan upgrades and sharing permissions. Whether you're a team member or a workspace owner, this is your command center for managing how your research environment functions.

🔧 What Can You Do in Settings?

Here’s a breakdown of everything you can manage via the Settings tab on Looppanel:

🧾 General Settings

Upgrade Your Plan

Thinking of expanding your access or features? You can easily upgrade your current Looppanel plan directly from this section.

🏢 Workspace Settings

This section helps you configure your team setup, roles, and metadata.

👥 Manage Workspace Members

  • Name your workspace so it's easy to identify.

  • Add team members to collaborate across projects.

  • Choose access level:

    • 👀 Viewers: Can view all projects, calls, notes, and insights.

    • ✍️ Collaborators: Can upload, edit, and manage all data across the workspace.

🔐 Control Access Settings

You can always manage who can do what in your workspace by assigning the appropriate role.

🧩 Manage Metadata

Metadata helps you tag and organize your research by criteria like company size, user type, or geography.

  • Create and edit metadata groups to customize how your data is categorized.

  • To learn more about how metadata works, click here.

📌 Tip: Custom metadata improves search, filtering, and insight reporting across your workspace.

🔗 Linking Your Zoom Account

View and manage the Zoom account linked to your Looppanel workspace.

🔍 Make sure you’re connected to the correct Zoom account for automatic call syncing.

📝 Share the Note-Taking Link

Need your team to take notes during a live call?

  • Copy the Note-Taking Link from this section and send it directly to team members.

  • It opens Looppanel’s real-time note-taking interface.

🌍 Public Sharing Controls

As a Workspace Owner, you can restrict sharing of the view only links for clips, files and project summaries, outside the team (as default, the viewing is open to public). Ensure insights stay within your organization, unless explicitly shared. All you have to do is toggle the “Workspace Restricted" as on.

🛡️ This gives you full control over what leaves your workspace.
