When you're working across multiple files in a project, finding the right insight can be a challenge. That’s where Looppanel’s Search helps—quickly surface what you need, no matter where it’s stored within your project.

🔍 What is Search?

Search helps you uncover patterns, insights, and data points from across all your files within a project—whether you're looking for feedback on a feature, recurring behaviors, or themes tied to specific personas.

It's your project-wide command center to quickly surface what matters.

🎯 How to Use Search

🛠 Step 1: Go to your Analysis page and type your query in the search bar

📝 Step 2: Enter your search query

You can be as specific or broad as you'd like—try something like:

👉 “What do users say about onboarding?”

🎛️ Step 3: Apply Filters to Narrow Your Results

  • Questions → Focus on one or more questions

  • Files → Select one or more files in your project

  • Metadata → Filter by criteria like industry, company size, use case, etc.(To know more about what is Metadata and how to best utilise it read here : What is Metadata on Looppanel).

🧩 Customize the breakdown based on what matters most to your organization.

🤖 What You’ll Get

Looppanel returns:

  • AI-Generated Summary → A synthesized answer based on your query

  • 🎬 List of Relevant Notes → With linked video clips and transcripts for full context

  • 💬 Suggested Follow-up Questions → Powered by AI, to guide deeper exploration

All insights are fully cited, so you can verify every point directly from the source.

📝Tag and Create Insights

You can also select multiple notes to bulk add tags or add insights to your insights report!

🧠 Why Use Search?

  • Saves time by avoiding manual digging through individual files
