When you're working across multiple files in a project, finding the right quotes and data points can be a challenge. That’s where Looppanel’s Find helps - quickly surface what you need, no matter where it’s stored within your project.

🔍 What is Find?

Find helps you uncover key quotes and data points from across all your files within a project—whether you're looking for feedback on a feature, recurring behaviors, or themes tied to specific personas.

It's your project-wide command center to quickly surface what matters.

🎯 How to Use Find

🛠 Step 1: Go to your Analysis page within a project folder

🔍 Step 2: Click on 'Find' on the left-hand side of your screen (next to Question View & Tag View)

📝 Step 2: Enter your query

You can be as specific or broad as you'd like - try something like:

👉 “What do users say about onboarding?” or just type a topic area like "onboarding"

🎛️ Step 3: Apply Filters to Narrow Your Results

  • Questions → Focus on one or more questions

  • Files → Select one or more files in your project

  • Metadata → Filter by criteria like industry, company size, use case, etc.(To know more about what is Metadata and how to best utilise it read here : What is Metadata on Looppanel).

🧩 Customize the breakdown based on what matters most to your organization.

  • 🎬 List of Relevant Notes → With linked video clips and transcripts for full context
