Step 1 : On your Analysis Page, Click on “Auto-Analyze” :
Step 2 : Review List of Suggested AI-Tags
Looppanel will suggest a list of tags to you for your project, but you are able to give the system feedback—add new tags, delete ones you don’t need, or edit suggestions so they meet your needs better. Make sure each tag has a description that explains what you’re looking for with that theme.
Looppanel’s AI is built to work with you, not replace your insights. This is one of the ways we make it easy for you to give feedback to and customize the output of our AI.
Once you’re happy with your list of tags, click ‘Proceed to Auto-Analyze’.
Looppanel may take a few minutes to tag all your data and generate suggested insights. This process may take up to ~15-20 minutes if you have a lot of calls in your project.
Step 3 : Review AI Tags & Suggested Insights
Once Looppanel is done working, our system will have tagged your notes with AI-generated tags (they have the little sparkle icon to indicate AI was involved!). We encourage you to review these tags, edit them, add or remove any tags as needed. While AI is very powerful, it’s not perfect, so we recommend a review of your tagged data.
Looppanel also suggested a list of insights in your Insights Summary panel. Click the ‘Insights’ button on the right hand side of your screen to see suggested insights.

This panel is your go-to space for building and managing your insights report:
View all insights (whether you created them or AI did)
Drag-and-drop to reorder insights
Hide or delete insights (both options appear when you hover on the insight)
Edit insight language (click on the insight to make it editable
Review all citations (quotes) added as evidence
Remove any citations by hovering on the number of the citation and clicking ‘Remove Note’
Share these insights with your team with a link. They’ll be able to see the latest version of your report, read through quotes, and even view clips from calls.
Manually Edit Your Tags & Insights
We want to make it easy for you to work with AI, not be replaced by it. That means you can edit, review, and update any work the AI does.
Simply click the checkbox next to any note to:
Add a tag to that note
Create an insight from that note
Add that note as evidence to an existing insight
You can of course remove tags from a note by simply hovering on the tag and clicking the ‘x’ button on it.
You can also centrally manage your tags:
Select a note with the checkbox associated with it
Click ‘Add Tag’
Click ‘Manage Project Tags’
Edit, Delete or Create new tags from this menu
