Connecting your Zoom account to Looppanel enables you to import cloud recordings directly into Looppanel and transcribe and analyze those calls in minutes.
Step 1: Connect your Zoom account
To connect your Zoom account:
In the Settings tab, go to the 'Zoom Account Details' section and integrate Looppanel and Zoom
Log into Zoom with your Zoom account details
Click Authorize
When you connect Zoom to Looppanel, you will grant Looppanel access to your user meeting recordings and your Zoom user details. We use this information to display and import your cloud recordings to Looppanel, and to link your Zoom user account with Looppanel.
If you're having trouble connecting the right Zoom account, please log out of Zoom in your web browser first and then follow the steps above.
Step 2: Import recording into Looppanel
Once you have connected your Zoom account, you import recordings into Looppanel where it can be stored, transcribed and played back by you.
Once connected to Zoom, to import your cloud recording:
On the homepage tab, click on the Upload Recording button and choose Import from Zoom in the dropdown
Click on the import button next to the recording you would like to import
The session will automatically be imported from Zoom and the transcription process will start. The recording will be available on your homepage under 'Recent Calls'.
Step 3: Disconnecting your Zoom account
If you wish to disconnect Zoom account from Looppanel:
Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
Click Manage, then Installed Apps, or search for Looppanel app
Click the Looppanel app
Click Uninstall
When you disconnect Zoom, we will no longer have access to your cloud recordings or your Zoom user information. Any recordings that you have imported into Looppanel before disconnecting will not be deleted and will remain in Looppanel.
